ImagePro firmware update: released 05/01/23
- To receive upgrade, please contact [email protected] to schedule a time for
remote access and upgrade. Please allow for 30 minutes for the process to be completed.
Template Updates: released 08/01/2023
- 6 new FEES templates have been created to represent the many different reporting styles of SLPs. As our customer, you have access to these new templates for free.

Anydesk Update: released 02/16/2024
- While AnyDesk is not part of PatCom Medical’s product, we allow it as an option for remote log in service
- AnyDesk has published a cyber incident response https://anydesk.com/en/public-statement-2-2-2024 that resulted in an update of the application
- All of PatCom Medical’s remote in-services using AnyDesk are now starting with the update of the application
- To date, there is no evidence that end-user devices were affected and it is safe to use the updated version of AnyDesk
